Friends it's interesting to know that bruce lee daily jogging for 10 kms continously by changing the
speed of his running every 5 minutes.

Action :
Don't go straight 10 kms start slowly from small numbers...good day!

In History

Past : I think most of us know king Bhoja a indian ruler from our school texts.One interesting thing about him is he has wriiten 84 BOOKS in his lifetime.

He has written a book on civil engineering named samarangaNa-sUtradhara
detailing construction of buildings, forts, temples, idols of deities and mechanical devices including a so called flying machine or glider.

Present : Can we name some of our present rulers,ministers in india present and past whom can be his successor please i never mean that educated people can handle and others cannot i think whether they try to learn atleast to ensure trends,etc.. .
